West Rivers Wagyu goes on tour with Bar Vino
For one night only, Mount Lawley neighbourhood bistro Bar Vino hosted Wagyu & Wine, a special dinner featuring and sponsored by premium WA Wagyu brand, West Rivers Wagyu.
The four-course feast, designed by Bar Vino Chef Henry Huang, began with a glass of Franciacorta and two canapes: a tangy tartare made with West Rivers Wagyu rump and south west’s shellfish Leeuwin Coast Albany Rock Oysters, topped with a refreshing champagne granita.
